Business LeadAt JP Dental, Elle is the guide who makes every patient’s experience seamless—from the first phone call to the moment they see their new smile. She manages all the behind-the-scenes details that make great care possible: scheduling, insurance coordination, billing, records, and finances. Most importantly, she connects patients and the clinical team so every person feels supported, informed, and cared for.
A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Keene State College, Elle holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice. She’s spent the past three years in the dental field, bringing her organization, empathy, and leadership to every part of the patient journey.
What Elle loves most about her work is building relationships—seeing new patients become familiar faces and helping them understand their treatment and insurance with clarity and confidence. For her, making a healthy, beautiful smile attainable for everyone is the best part of the job.
